A bootable .iso CD image file includes the full Partition Logic distribution.  You can burn the ISO file to a CD using your favourite burning application.

After you unzip the download, you will have a file with the extension .iso, which is an image of a complete CD.

An ISO image is not burned to a CD in the same way as normal data files.  Your CD-burning application must be specifically told to "burn an image".  This will be done differently depending on which burning application you use.  The example below is for Nero:

 
Step 1: Select "Burn Image" from the File menu

 

Step 2: Choose the Partition Logic ISO file:

 

Step 3: Write the CD.  There is no need to change any settings.
